A Deadpool 2 Character Who’s Not Returning For The X-Force Movie

Within the Deadpool mythology, Weasel (real name Jack Hammer) is one of the more important characters, typically serving as Deadpool’s best friend, although their dynamic is such as that Deadpool frequently mistreats Weasel and Weasel is so self-interested that his schemes often screw Deadpool over. Within the X-Men film universe, T.J. Miller’s Weasel runs a bar that is frequented primarily by mercenaries, including Wade Wilson pre-body scarring. After he gained his special abilities and a face that looked like an avocado had sex with an older, more disgusting avocado, Wade visited Weasel to tell him he was still alive. While their friendship is more healthy than it is in the comics, when it came time for Wade to rescue Vanessa from Ajax and Angel Dust’s clutches, Weasel didn’t tag along simply because he didn’t want to.

The 3D experience, while not essential to all Hollywood blockbusters, can be something that elevates what would have been just another theatrical experience, into something truly spectacular. Films like Avatar, The Martian and even Doctor Strange have used the medium to fantastic results, making us truly believe in the magic of the third dimension. 2018 already promises to be a pretty big year for movies in general, but the 3D playing field looks like it’s going to be just as competitive, if not more so, than that very measure.

What Avengers: Infinity War Could Mean For Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

At the conclusion of the new film, only one member of the Guardians is left standing. Rocket has survived while Groot, Drax, Mantis and Star-Lord have all fallen victim to the Infinity Stones. In addition to that, Gamora was killed by Thanos as a sacrifice in order to obtain the Soul Stone. At this point, the expectation is certainly that the use of the Infinity Gauntlet will somehow be reversed, bringing back to life all, or at least many, of those that were taken by it. If that happens, it may bring the rest of the Guardians back, but it will still leave Gamora dead. (Or not. Anything’s on the table at this point.)

How The Karate Kid TV Show Cobra Kai Did In The Ratings

YouTube is reporting that 5.4 million people watched the first episode of Cobra Kai over the course of its first day live. The numbers YouTube executive Susanne Daniels reported to Decider are beyond impressive. While YouTube Red requires a paid monthly subscription, the first two episodes of the series were made available for free, which could play into the numbers. Albeit, that factor does nothing to diminish YouTube Red’s accomplishment. Without the stellar promotion of its quality project, there would be no interest to begin with.

No, That Wasn’t Ryan Reynolds Dancing In Deadpool’s Celine Dion Video

Yesterday, the Deadpool 2 marketing campaign reached peak irony, absurdity and, surprisingly, poignancy, with the music video for the song Ashes from the film’s soundtrack, performed by the iconic Celine Dion. The soaring and emotional song would be right at home in any romantic drama as would the music video, with the exception of a lithe and dancing Deadpool. We wondered if it could possibly be Ryan Reynolds performing the dancing in the video, and now we know that no, Van Wilder’s skills do not extend to interpretive dance. Ryan Reynolds confirmed that he was not the danseur and gave a shoutout to the man who was in his usual hilarious fashion, saying:
